This track contains 10-15 seconds of each of the 20 songs the 180 Gs have finished (as of June 8 2023) for their a cappella version of Captain Beefheart's "Trout Mask Replica" album. The Gs started working on this album in 2018, immediately after releasing their a cappella version of the Residents' "Commercial Album". They have also released a cappella versions of Cardiacs' 1995 double album "Sing to God" and a collection of the works of mass-media-collage-artists Negativland.

So, after more than 5 years of working on this project, they're about 71% done. The projected release date for the album is October 2024. WATCH THE VIDEO FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE.

The first song the Gs recorded was "Frownland" (the first song on the original album) after which they recorded "Veteran's Day Poppy" (the last song on the album) and have been gradually working their way toward the middle. Currently, the first 10 and the last 10 songs on the album are finished.
